We evaluated hundreds of plants, and identified the top 5% of customer sites based on their performance in the following criteria:

• High response rates–Consistent engagement and a quick response rate to urgent alerts
• IoT serviceability–Thorough maintenance of the site’s technical infrastructure and connectivity
• Number of active users–Strong teamwork and a culture of data-driven decision making
• Quantified wins–A value-oriented mindset
